Art Bridge is an international, interdisciplinary project in the field of culture, art, and education, that serves as a starting point for creating and conducting continuous cooperation and exchange between art academies, their professors, distinguished artists and students in the framework of the European Union.

The project has been started in 2001 on the initiative of the Association Europeenne Pont des Arts, for providing young creative people, students of Belgrade Art academies, options to cooperate with their colleagues from France and other countries, and thereby get also an insight into the contemporary streams of European art. Up to 2005, the project has gathered four art Universities: the University of Arts in Belgrade, there French ones and the St.Martins School of Art in London realized two exhibitions and provided tens of students from Belgrade with a stay in some of the Universities of the participants in the project. Among the goals of the project is making joint programs that would become part of education in European academies, as well as making contacts between the students and the future job providing agents and consumers of artworks. In the Water-City-Culture project, The Art Bridge is using river banks and the urban space as a scene for artistic views on Belgrade through the view of young creators from the participating countries.
