Writing a project within a program "Creative Europe" 2014 - 2020

O3ONE, with a team of independent experts, is pleased to announce the launch of the EU3one program that offers specialized training for the cultural sector titled “Creative Laboratory” in the field of development and project writing for the European Union Program “Creative Europe 2014-2020”. The training will follow all the stages from the project idea to the formation of the budget! The main goal of the training is to support future applicants from Serbia in the program “Creative Europe 2014-2020”, with the support of 4 experts in the field of EU funds, but also to strengthen the capacity of the cultural sector to participate in modern cultural systems.
ABOUT THE EU PROGRAM “CREATIVE EUROPE”
From January 1st, 2014, the Creative Europe Program, which continues the mission of preserving and promoting cultural and linguistic diversity, started under the European Union Culture Program 2007-2013. The “Creative Europe” program (2014-2020) has consolidated the three programs so far: “Culture 2007-2013” (performers, visual arts, cultural heritage, music), “Media” (film and audiovisual activities), and “Media Mundus” (cooperation between film professionals from around the world). The budget of the new Program is 1.46 billion euros, and organizations and cultural institutions have access to this fund through centralized competition in Brussels.
ABOUT THE TRAINING “CREATIVE LABORATORY”
To successfully participate in organizations/institutions of culture from Serbia in the Creative Europe Program, they should be trained as soon as possible about the new Program and its goals, priorities, criteria for project selection, project documentation, budgeting and co-financing of approved projects. Two-day intensive training will consist of three parts to allow maximum preparation for application to the program (first deadline, March 5th, 2014):
Lola Joksimović – Independent expert in European Integration and Public Policy, member of Team Europe.
Nevena Paunović – Producer and project manager with many years of experience in performing arts, international cooperation and providing professional assistance in developing projects for the European Union Culture program 2007-2013.
Ana Ćosić – Financial planning and analysis in the public and private sector, 19 years of experience and work in the field of financial and management, planning and budgeting of public funds, operational funds in the private sector.
Srđan Mitrović – Expert in the field of EU funds with 15 years of experience in project development and fundraising with domestic, foreign and EU funds.

For one-day participation registration fee is 8100 RSD + 20% VAT per participant. For two-day participation registration fee is 13.900,00 RSD + 20% VAT per participant.
The price of the fee includes participation in one or two training days, training, and working materials. The participation fee does not include accommodation costs, but they can be arranged.
Deadline for registration and payment of registration fee: February 7th, 2014. A discount of 10% is accepted for the payment of the registration fee until February 4th, 2014.

EU3one will continue with the same team of independent experts to continue the process of strengthening the culture sector through training and consultation. Those who will take part in our training will become part of the contact database so that we will be able to regularly inform you about the most important events, open competitions or good opportunities for partnerships within the Creative Europe Program. Also, the expert team will provide specialized tailor-made services such as training outside of Belgrade, in-house training, assistance in writing projects and budget development, assistance in finding partners outside Serbia and other services according to Your needs institutions/organizations!
