Retrospective exhibitions of architectural works

It will be held at the O3ONE Gallery on Andrićev Venac 12 in Belgrade, opening on July 7th, 2014 at 19h.
The exhibition will be opened by Academician Milan Lojanica with an introductory speech.

She was born in 1967, Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, professor Milan Lojanica. As an assistant in the Young talents program, she worked at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade on subjects related to architectural design. She attended a Masters Degree at the same faculty in 1994, the direction of the Architectural Organization of Space. She has worked in many architectural and investment institutions: Studio ARCVS, Birou A43, Alma Quattro, Eurosalon Engineering, Delta Invest, Serbian Orthodox Chruch and many others. In 2005 she founded the architectural studio Studio CUBEX. She is a member of ULUPDS, Serbian Chamber of Engineers, Association of Belgrade Architects, Association of Serbian Architects, international architectural organizations DoCoMOMO, etc. She was the author of more than twenty award-winning international and domestic projects as well as about 100 realized objects: Delta watch 2000 at the Republic Square in Belgrade; business building in Takovska Street no.1 and 23-25 in Belgrade; „Fontаnа“ cinema in New Belgrade; Government Building of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka; Atlas Capital Center in Podgorica; Department store „Kаmelijа“ in Kotor; Vladičanski Dvor in Mostаr; Hotel „Plаtаni“ in Trebinje and other. She participated in many exhibitions and conferences in the field of architecture, international, and national character. She participated in public competitions with forty projects, and she was awarded for twenty projects. There are five first prize competitions, of which three projects have been implemented.

Ksenija Bulatović launched the Utopia experiment in Symbiosis, 2008. The project was first exhibited at the Architecture Salon at the Museum of Applied Arts in Belgrade, 2009. Following a presentation at the Architecture Salon in 2010 and presentation of the International Architecture and Investment Fair MIPIM in Cannes in 2010 within the pavilion of Belgrade. At the end of 2013, the symbiosis project was also presented at the international conference “On Architecture” held at the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Belgrade, organized by STRAND(Sustainable Urban Society Association Belgrade).

Architect Ksenija was invited to an international event as a jury member and AICA speaker – Artists in Concrete Awards, ASIA FEST 2014-2015 in Radisson Blu Resort, Goa, India. Where the presiding member of the jury, the famous architect, theoretician, philosopher, and researcher is Arch. Juhani Pallasmaa, who was recently a guest at the Belgrade University.
