FLORENCE TO, NICOLAS SASSOON AND RICK SILVA – lectures and exhibitions that shouldn’t be missed at the RESONATE festival!

Resonate Festival recommends a lecture and an exhibition by artists FLORENS TO (Florence To), which creates her visual creations in interaction with electronic music and architecture!
Florens To will hold a lecture on Wednesday, April 19th, at 11:00h, in the building of Yugoslav Cinema. The same evening from 18:30h, the opening of the exhibition, artist – EOAN, the Pro3or Gallery
Florens To is a visual artist who designs and creates visual installations that are correlated with spaces and architecture. After design graduation at Glasgow School of Art, she begins to create visual installations, working in unconventional space, making each project to fit the place where it is located. Her education in classical music enabled her to go further, she cooperated with sound artists and tune masters in commissioned projects and performances such as The Society of Arts and Technology in Montreal and with the 4DSOUND Institute in Budapest. This artist continues to explore the influence of a public appearance through the act of creating a physical presence through the design of the light and the way that different sensor schedules. This can create an emotional psychological impression on the audience.
In the Gallery basement at 19:00h another exhibition – SIGNALS will be open, whose authors are visual artist Nicolas Sasson and Rick Silva. They will also hold a lecture on the Conference program in the Yugoslav Cinema. Signals consist of a series of computer-generated repetitive video works that are common in the work of both artists. In the space, the project gets a form of monumental installation made up of unique video projections covering the big screen inside the gallery space.
