22, 27, blue, afternoon, is a photo exhibition of young photographers Stefana Jovanovića and Staše Bukumirović in which they deal with the connection between space and the body.
Stefan’s series of photos explores artistic and spatial relationships. Each diptych is made one photograph on which the main motive is the man and one on which his absence is presented. The relationship on both sides of the diptych gives a new whole with unique ambiance and expressive art. Stefan Jovanović was born on March 2, 1994. in Sombor and is currently finishing the New Art Media at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.
Staša’s photographies portray the sensitive period of transition from childhood to the adult world through the development of sexuality that is not like society represented it. It is the conception of relationships that are both abstract and intuitive and clear, such as the intimate living under the table, on the floor, behind the house, on an isolated staircase with someone that we physically experience in our minds. On bodily empathy and the platonic experience of the body. These feelings are something abrasive and distancing, but usually makes things in crucial moments seem less aimless than earlier. There are somewhere between the schematic representation of the sense of diminution, the testing of conventional values, and the attempt to experience our most sincere thoughts through any possible work. Staša Bukumirović was born 16. of March 1989. in Pančevo; She graduated in camera studies at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade.
The exhibition will be on display until 10. of February 2017.
